External links of any form are prohibited in listing details, titles, and images,
whether direct URLs or shortened URLs.
3. Transaction Disclaimer
OfficeBangkok.com and JB Officiancy Co., Ltd. are a listing platform only
and are not party to any transaction between listers and inquirers.
We accept no liability for any damages arising from contact,
appointments, payments, or transactions between platform users.
Users must verify information and trustworthiness themselves before any transaction.
4. System & Data Disclaimer
OfficeBangkok.com does not guarantee availability, continuity, or accuracy
of any system or data. Users accept that the site may be temporarily or permanently
unavailable without notice. We are not liable for loss of data,
listings, images, or other content from system failures.
5. Liability Cap
In no event shall OfficeBangkok.com's total liability exceed the fees actually paid
by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident
(zero if the service was free). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Listers are solely responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate and not misleading.
OfficeBangkok.com does not verify listing content and reserves the right to remove
inappropriate listings without notice.
7. Account Suspension & Data Retention
Violations may result in immediate account suspension. OfficeBangkok.com retains
all data and listings even after account cancellation for statistical and analytical purposes.
Users grant perpetual anonymised use of this data.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify OfficeBangkok.com, its affiliates, directors, and employees
from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from their use or violations.
9. Changes to Terms
OfficeBangkok.com may modify these terms at any time without notice.
