2. Personal data we collect

• Account: name, email, phone number, LINE ID, company name, profile photo.
• Listings & company profile: content, photos, location, contact details you publish.
• Inquiries: name, phone, email and message when you contact an advertiser/provider.
• Payment: bank transfer slips you upload for orders.
• Technical: cookies, device/browser info, and pages viewed (see section 6).

3. Why we use it & legal basis

• To provide the service — accounts, listings, search (contractual necessity).
• To deliver leads to the member/company you contacted (contractual necessity).
• To verify payments and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
• To improve and personalize the experience (legitimate interest).
• To send service emails (e.g. order/expiry notices).

4. Sharing your data

When you submit an inquiry, your name and contact details are sent to that listing/company owner so they can reply. Listings and company profiles you publish are public. We do NOT sell your data, and we do not link to external sites except where you choose to share. We may use processors (email, hosting) under data-protection agreements.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account/listing is active and as required by law (e.g. accounting). You may request deletion at any time (section 7).

6. Cookies

• Strictly necessary — login session, security (CSRF). Cannot be switched off.
• Functional — language choice and a category-preference cookie that floats topics you browse to the top. No personal identifiers, first-party only.
• Analytics / Marketing — used only with your consent (cookie banner).

7. Your rights (PDPA)

Under Thailand PDPA you have the right to:

• Access and request a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete or anonymize your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent and request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the PDPC

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control) to protect your data.
