📜 Terms of Service

1. About the service (platform role)

OfficeBangkok.com is an online listing/advertising platform connecting people who seek office space and office-related services with advertisers, agents and service providers. We are NOT a party to any rental, sale, or service contract between users, NOT a real-estate brokerage acting for either side of a deal, and we do not own, inspect, or guarantee any listed property or service.

2. No warranty / disclaimer

Listings, prices, photos and details are provided by users and shown "as is". We do not warrant their accuracy, legality, quality or availability. You are responsible for verifying any information and conducting your own due diligence before entering into any transaction. Any dealings are solely between you and the other party.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information and keep it up to date.
• Only post content you own or have the right to use (photos, text, logos).
• Do not post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, infringing or offensive content.
• Do not misuse contact details of others or send spam.

You are solely liable for the content you post.

4. Reporting & takedown

Each listing has a "Report" button. If content is illegal, infringes rights, or violates these Terms, report it or email us. We will review and may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Advertising & payments

Paid placements (Featured pins, banners) are billed per the prices shown. Orders are activated after payment is verified. Fees for an activated placement are generally non-refundable for the remainder of its period unless required by law.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you post but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote it on the platform. The OfficeBangkok.com brand, design and code belong to us and may not be copied.

7. Limitation of liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficeBangkok.com and its directors/staff are not liable for any loss arising from listings, transactions between users, service interruptions, or reliance on content. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your use of the service.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination & changes

We may suspend or remove accounts/content that breach these Terms. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
