2. Why serviced offices quote per deal

Unlike conventional offices with a clear asking rent per sqm, serviced office pricing depends on each deal's configuration — the same room in the same building can be priced differently based on the number of seats you actually use, the floor and view, the contract term, and whatever promotion the operator runs that month. So operators issue individual quotations matched to each company's requirements rather than a one-size-fits-all price list.

What this means in practice: serviced office comparisons are only meaningful between real quotations. Numbers on generic websites are entry prices for the smallest room — not the price of the configuration your team actually needs.
